Adding a New User

If you have new team members that should have credentials to login to SimpleVMS, you are able to add them directly.

  1. Select the Company Info tab, when selected this will default to all of the users that have credentials to SimpleVMS.
  2. At the bottom of the page, select 'Add User', complete all applicable fields fill in fields and click the  'Add User' button at the bottom of the page.


  • Make sure to provide the credentials you created to the new user so they can log in to the system.
  • When the new user logs in for the first time, they should visit the 'My Profile' section in the top right corner of the page and update their username and password.
