# Attachments Report — Column Reference

## This page explains every column available in the Attachments Report. This report lists all documents and files attached to active workers, including who attached them and when they expire.

#### Grouping Columns

 

| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Site\_Group | Same as **Site** — used as a grouping key |
| Worker | Worker's full name — also used as a grouping key |
| Description\_Group | Same as **Description** — used as a grouping key |

 

 

#### Worker Information

 

| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Site | Name of the site the worker is assigned to |
| Worker | Worker's full name |
| User | Worker's login username |
| Title | Worker's job title |
| WorkerID | SimpleVMS internal ID for the worker |
| Vendor | Staffing vendor supplying this worker |
| Supervisor | Full name of the worker's buyer-side supervisor |
| StartDate | Date the worker's assignment began |

 

#### Attachment Details

 

 

| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Attachment | File name of the attached document |
| Description | Description or category of the attachment (e.g., "I-9", "Background Check") |
| AttachedBy | Full name of the user who uploaded the attachment |
| AttachedDate | Date and time the attachment was uploaded |
| ExpirationDate | Date the attachment expires (blank if no expiration is set) |
| AttachmentID | SimpleVMS internal ID for the attachment record |
| GUID | Globally unique identifier for the attachment (used for direct file access) |
