Candidate: Add A Scheduled Item

Scheduled Items can be reminders that SimpleVMS creates for you to alert when a Worker is nearing their conversion hours or they can be reminders of tasks that need to be completed for Candidates prior to being hired within your organization.

  1. To add scheduled items for a candidate, such as interviews select the ‘Add Scheduled Item’ button.

  2.  When a scheduled item is added it will automatically be added to the Hiring Managers ‘Scheduled Items’ list on their dashboard as means to remind them of the task coming up.
