Here's a look at what we're working on. Plans and timing can change, so nothing here is a promised date. Once something is released, we'll move it to Recent Updates.

What the labels mean

    • Available to everyone: will be on automatically once it's released.
    • Available on request: a setting you can ask Support to turn on.
    • Set up by our team: we'll turn it on for programs where it fits.

A new home page dashboard

For: Clients · Available to everyone

A home page that shows what needs your attention: key program numbers at the top, plus sections for time and expenses waiting on approval and workers with missing punches. You'll be able to choose what shows up and in what order.

New iPad Time Clock app

For: Clients, Workers · Available on request

A new time clock app for iPad, with lunch and break punches and meal break rules your program can set up. It's being rolled out to programs in stages.

An AI Assistant

For: Clients, Admins · Available on request

We're building an assistant and it's learning new tasks: ending several worker assignments at once, updating a group of workers together, opening job postings, listing inactive workers, and adding expenses. You just type what you need.

California meal break penalties

For: Clients, Supervisors · Set up by our team

Your program will be able to customize the wording of the meal break penalties. Supervisors will also see any penalty expenses right on the timesheet, where they can review and approve them.

Expense changes tracked in History

For: Clients, Vendors · Available to everyone

When an expense line is added, edited, or removed, it will be recorded in History. A reason will be required to remove a line.

Scheduled reports with set times

For: Clients, Admins · Available to everyone

Choose exact start and end times for a scheduled report, not just dates.

Further out (being planned or designed)

    • Default posting end date gets a new 90-day option. (Available on request, like the current setting.)
    • A refreshed look: cleaner, easier-to-read pages, with better accessibility.
    • A simpler way to post FLX jobs: FLX becomes a checkbox on a regular job posting instead of its own service type.
    • A notification center: one place to see what needs your attention across the program.
