Daily Hours Report — Column Reference

Column	What it shows
Site_Group	Same as Site — used as a grouping key
Vendor_Group	Same as Vendor — used as a grouping key

Column	What it shows
Site	Name of the site the worker is assigned to
ClientSiteID	Your organization's internal site identifier
TimezoneOffset	UTC offset for the site's timezone (used to display times in local time)
WorkerName	Worker's full display name
FirstName	Worker's first name
LastName	Worker's last name
WorkerID	SimpleVMS internal ID for the worker
WorkerGUID	Globally unique identifier for the worker
Username	Worker's login username
EmailAddress	Worker's email address
ClientWorkerID	Your organization's identifier for the worker
ClientWorkerID2	Secondary client-assigned worker identifier
VendorWorkerID	Vendor-assigned worker identifier
VendorWorkerID2	Secondary vendor-assigned worker identifier
Title	Worker's job title
JobTitleShift	Shift derived from job title (1st, 2nd, 3rd, WKD, No Shift)
Vendor	Staffing vendor supplying this worker
Supervisor	Full name of the buyer-side supervisor
WorkerStartDate	Date the worker's assignment began
EndDate	Date the worker's assignment ended
WorkerStatus	Current assignment status

Column	What it shows
CostCenter	Cost center the hours are charged to. If a time clock transfer occurred, shows the transfer cost center; otherwise the worker's primary cost center.
CostCenterDescription	Description of the cost center
WorkerCC	Worker's primary cost center (always, regardless of punch transfers)
GLAccount	GL account for regular hours
GLAccountOT	GL account for overtime hours
GLAccountDT	GL account for double-time hours
Department	Department the worker is assigned to
WH	Last 2 characters of the cost center name (used by some clients as a warehouse/location code)

Team	Worker's team
JobCode1–5 (Team)	Job codes assigned to the worker's team
WJobCode1–5	Job codes assigned directly to the worker

Column	What it shows
WorkDate	The calendar date of the punch pair
InTime	Rounded clock-in time (adjusted to site timezone)
OutTime	Rounded clock-out time (adjusted to site timezone)
UnroundedInTime	Actual raw clock-in time before rounding rules are applied
UnroundedOutTime	Actual raw clock-out time before rounding rules are applied
InTransfer	Cost center the worker transferred into at punch-in (if applicable)
OutTransfer	Cost center the worker transferred out of at punch-out (if applicable)

Column	What it shows
TimesheetID	Internal ID of the timesheet this punch belongs to
PeriodStartDate	Start of the work week (Sunday) the timesheet covers
TimeSheetPeriodEndDate	End of the work week (Saturday)
TimesheetStatus	Approval status of the timesheet (Created, Submitted, Approved, Rejected)
BuyerTimesheetType	Custom timesheet type (e.g., Normal, Holiday, Salary)
InvoiceNumber	Invoice number the timesheet is attached to (blank if not yet invoiced)
AllocationHours	Total allocated hours across all cost center allocations for this timesheet

BillableRate	Hourly bill rate in effect for this timesheet
PayRate	Hourly pay rate in effect for this timesheet
OvertimeFactor	Overtime multiplier (e.g., 1.5)
DoubletimeFactor	Double-time multiplier (e.g., 2.0)
OTRate	Overtime bill rate (BillableRate × OvertimeFactor)
DTRate	Double-time bill rate (BillableRate × DoubletimeFactor)

RegHours	Regular hours for this work day
OTHours	Overtime hours for this work day
DTHours	Double-time hours for this work day
TotalHours	Total hours (Reg + OT + DT) for this work day
RegBilled	Billed amount for regular hours
OTBilled	Billed amount for overtime hours
DTBilled	Billed amount for double-time hours
TotalBilled	Total billed (Reg + OT + DT)
SiteCompTax	Site compensation tax amount (applicable for certain states, e.g., Pennsylvania)
TotalBilledWithSiteCompTax	Total billed including the site compensation tax
