Navigating the Dashboard

The dashboards offer important information regarding your account and can be configured based on your preferences.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. To view the Dashboard, choose Dashboard from the left sidebar.
  2. The Dashboard can be configured by clicking on the Configure button at the top right-hand corner of the page.  Here you can select the number of columns to display and what you would like layered in each column. 
  3. In the My Profile section, you can update your profile details, change your password, and select your email settings.   
  4. The Unread Messages will list the 10 most recent unread messages.  
  5. The Mass Email function gives you the ability to send mass emails to your existing workers as well as your vendors.   
  6. The Pending Time & Expense section illustrates time sheets and/or expenses pending approval. 
    • Pro Tip:  Make your edits from the Time & Expenses page first, then mass approve from the dashboard. 
  7. Scheduled Items will display your most recent unresolved items for both workers and candidates. 
  8. New Candidates provides a listing of recently submitted candidates and the job posting for which they were submitted. 
  9. The In/Out Board allows you to quickly diagnose attendance, OT, left early, came in late, no-shows, etc., separating this information out by your teams. 
  10. Daily Hours will display the time totals for each team separated out by site for each day of the week. 
  11. Workers with Missing Timesheets shows active workers that SimpleVMS believes should have a time sheet for the week and currently do not.  
  12. The Time Clocks configured for your organization will display the clock(s) name, the time it connected with SimpleVMS, the last recorded punch, the battery life, and if it’s charging/discharging.
