Deactivating an Existing User

If an existing user should no longer have access to SimpleVMS, you can make them inactive in the system.

  1. Select the Company Info tab, when selected this will default to all of the Users that have credentials to SimpleVMS.
  2. Select the User that you wish to deactivate.
  3.  When their user profile is pulled up, select the 'Status/Access Level' dropdown and change this to 'Inactive'.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Changes'. 

NOTE:

The user within your organization that makes this user inactive will inherit any active workers that are associated with them in the system.
