Deactivating an Existing User
If an existing user should no longer have access to SimpleVMS, you can make them inactive in the system.
- Select the Company Info tab, when selected this will default to all of the Users that have credentials to SimpleVMS.
- Select the User that you wish to deactivate.
- When their user profile is pulled up, select the 'Status/Access Level' dropdown and change this to 'Inactive'.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Changes'.
NOTE:
The user within your organization that makes this user inactive will inherit any active workers that are associated with them in the system.
