Admin: Departments Page

Departments are used to organize workers, job titles, and postings, as well as cost centers.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. To create a new Department, choose Admin - Departments from the left sidebar.
  2. Click the +Add Department button at the top right-hand corner of the page. 
  3. You can deactivate or deletea department by selecting either option next to the department name.  
  4. If you deactivate a department, it will be made inactive and listed underneath all the active departments.  
  5. Should you decide that you need this department again later, you can make it active again by selecting activate next to the department name. 
  6. If you click the Export button at the top of the screen, you can extract your data for reporting purposes.
