# Dropping a Worker
## You can drop a worker who has never created a timesheet in SimpleVMS. This feature can be performed in mass or individually.

#### Step-by-step instructions:
1. To drop a worker, choose **Workers** from the left sidebar.
2. From the **Workers **page, search and select the worker you wish to drop.
3. Update the worker's status to **Dropped/DeclinedPosition**.
4. Enter an end reason and any applicable notes.
5. Save your changes.
