# Time and Headcount Master — Column Reference
## This page explains every column available in the Time and Headcount Master. This report provides an aggregated summary of hours worked and dollar totals grouped by site, cost center, department, vendor, and job title. It also shows headcount — how many workers were active vs. billing during the period.

#### Grouping Columns
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Site\_Group | Same as **Site** — used as a grouping key |
| Department\_Group | Same as **Department** — used as a grouping key |
#### Dimensions
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Site | Name of the site |
| State | State where the site is located |
| CostCenter | Cost center the hours are charged to |
| GLAccount | GL account for regular hours (from cost center) |
| GLAccountOT | GL account for overtime hours |
| GLAccountDT | GL account for double-time hours |
| Department | Department name |
| Vendor | Staffing vendor name |
| Title | Job title |
| JobTitleShift | Shift derived from the job title (1st, 2nd, 3rd, WKD, No Shift) |
| TeamName | Team name |
#### Head Count
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| ActiveWorkers | Number of workers with an active assignment at the site/cost center/department/vendor/title combination as of the report end date |
| BillingWorkers | Number of distinct workers who had at least one non-rejected timesheet during the selected date range for this grouping |
#### Hours
All hours reflect cost center allocation — if timesheets are split across multiple cost centers, each cost center row shows only its proportional share.
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| RegHours | Total regular hours for the period (allocation-adjusted) |
| OTHours | Total overtime hours for the period (allocation-adjusted) |
| DTHours | Total double-time hours for the period (allocation-adjusted) |
#### Dollar Totals
All totals are rounded to 2 decimal places and reflect the cost center allocation percentage.
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| RegTotal | Total billed amount for regular hours |
| OTTotal | Total billed amount for overtime hours |
| DTTotal | Total billed amount for double-time hours |
| Total | Grand total billed (Reg + OT + DT) |
