How to Batch Transfer

With SimpleVMS, you can efficiently transfer multiple workers at once, making it easy to mange employee cost center switching.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. To batch punch in workers, choose Workers from the left sidebar or from the Active Workers icon on your Home page.
2. From the Workers page, select the Batch Transfer/Punch from the Batch Edit dropdown.
3. Select Batch Transfer/Punch Out from the Action dropdown.
4. Determine the filtering option from the dropdown for how you would like to execute the punch.
5. Select the specific Cost Centers or Teams you wish to transfer into, or select all.
6. By default, all workers associated with the selected Cost Centers or Teams will be transferred. If needed, you can choose individual workers from the right-hand side of the page.
7. Select the appropriate Cost Center from the Transfer dropdown for the workers who need to be transferred.
8. You can easily customize the date and time for the transfer or set them to align with the team's schedule.
9. Once the above selection is made, you will receive a prompt confirming the number of workers transferred.
