# Job Postings Report — Column Reference
## This page explains every column available in the Job Postings Report. This report shows job posting details including position counts, status history, associated vendors, and key dates.

#### Site & Location
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Site | Name of the site the job posting is for |
| AddressLine1 | Street address of the site |
| City | City of the site |
| State | State of the site |
| PostalCode | Postal/ZIP code of the site |
#### Posting Details
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Title | Job title for the posting |
| Department | Department the position is in |
| JobPostingID | SimpleVMS internal ID for the job posting |
| JobPostingStatus | Current status: Active, Closed, Filled, or Hold |
| ServiceType | Type of engagement: T (Temp), T-P (Temp-to-Perm), T2H (Temp-to-Hire), T2H-P (Temp-to-Hire Projected), DS (Direct Sourcing), DS-P (Direct Sourcing Projected), Perm (Permanent), SoW (Statement of Work), Day (Day Labor) |
| Description | First 60 characters of the posting description |
| HoursPerWeek | Expected hours per week for the position |
| Team | Team the posting is associated with (shows "N/A" if none) |
| JobCodeName | Full name of the job code for the posting |
| JobCode | Job code identifier |
| ClientName | Your organization's name |
#### Positions
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| PositionsTotal | Total number of positions requested |
| PositionsRequested | Number of positions still open/unfilled |
| FilledPositions | Number of positions filled (PositionsTotal minus PositionsRequested) |
#### Rates
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| BillRateStart | Minimum bill rate for the posting |
| BillRateEnd | Maximum bill rate for the posting |
#### Key Dates
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| CreatedDate | Date the posting was created |
| StartDate | Requested start date for the position |
| EndDate | Expected end date for the assignment |
| ModifiedDate | Date the posting was last modified |
| PostingFilled | Date the posting was marked as Filled (blank if not yet filled) |
| PostingClosed | Date the posting was marked as Closed (blank if not closed) |
| PostingOnHold | Date the posting was placed on Hold (blank if not on hold) |
#### People
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| HiringManager | Full name of the user who owns/manages the posting |
| Coordinator | Full name of the user coordinating the posting |
| CreatedBy | Full name of the user who created the posting |
#### Vendor & Notes
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| AgencyNotified | Comma-separated list of staffing agencies the posting was sent to |
| VendorNotes | All notes added to the posting by vendors, concatenated together |
| Status | Raw status code (A=Active, C=Closed, F=Filled, H=Hold) |
