RBAC - Role Based Access Control Configuration.
Allows you to configure per user what they are allowed to see and do in the system.
Using RBAC, you can decide what users can see, edit, and create, per user / Access Level.
1. Sort Options, select a Resource and or Role from the dropdown menu to sort by the selected items.
2. Add New Access Control items to Access Levels that may not have previously had access. (Example: Limited Approver cannot see Job Postings page, so you would have to Add a control item to Limited Approvers so they have it to pick from in the list for (Read, Write, Create, Admin) Select a Resource and a Role to assign it to, so when you view a user of that access level, you will see the added control item listed.
3. Click the Trash Can Icon to completely remove an Access Control item.
4. Once you have your Access Control Items added or deleted, you can select whether the user has access to Read, write, create, or Admin (all of the above)
Read = can see item
Write = can edit item
Create = can create item
Admin = All of the above
