Ulta Beauty Customizations (1053)

Customization - Manhattan Integration:

Every 15 minutes SimpleVMS creates a file the Ulta downloads into Manhattan. This file is all new punches and the Tnumber associated. Because of the delay between Ulta adding the file 15min and our time punches 15min it could take 30min before both systems match. We DO NOT send Names or any edited punches in the file. It’s ONLY NEW punches. TNumbers are added to the ClientID2 field.

 Common Tnumber problems:

If a Tnumber doesn’t match and Manhattan misses the PUNCH IN. The Tnumber is later corrected that day. When the worker punches out Manhattan will reject the OUT punch because Manhattan only accepts IN + OUT for each day.

Tnumbers not added in SimpleVMS - Tnumber in Manhattan not matching SVMS Tnumber - Once the Tnumbers match in both systems the next punch will show up for that worker in Manhattan. OLD Punches will not go into Manhattan. Edits will not go into Manhattan. Only new punches.

Once Tnumbers are correct. If a worker misses an In or Out punch the correction has to be made in both SVMS and Manhattan. The punch may go into Mahattan has the wrong type IN vs OUT or the reverse.
