# New Hires Report — Column Reference
## This page explains every column available in the New Hires Report. This report shows workers whose assignments started within a selected date range, providing placement and contact details for onboarding and compliance purposes

#### Worker Identity
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Name | Worker's full display name |
| FirstName | Worker's first name |
| LastName | Worker's last name |
| WorkerID | SimpleVMS internal ID for the worker |
| Username | Worker's login username |
| EmailAddress | Worker's email address |
| PhoneNumber | Worker's phone number |
| ClientWorkerID | Your organization's identifier for the worker (e.g., badge number) |
| ClientWorkerID2 | Secondary client-assigned worker identifier |
| AccessLevel | Worker's system role (e.g., Worker, Supervisor, Owner) |
| PreviousEmployee | Whether the worker was previously employed at this client (Yes / No / N/A) |
#### Assignment Details
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| SiteName | Name of the site the worker is assigned to |
| SiteFax | Your organization's internal site identifier (stored in the site's fax field) |
| TimeZone | Timezone of the site (EST, CST, MST, or PST) |
| Vendor | Staffing vendor supplying this worker |
| Title | Worker's job title on this assignment |
| Status | Current assignment status |
| StartDate | Date the assignment started (the "hire date" for this report) |
| EndDate | Date the assignment ended (blank if still active) |
| Department | Department the worker is assigned to |
| CostCenterName | Worker's primary cost center |
| Team | Worker's team |
| WorkDays | Scheduled work days per week |
| WorkHours | Scheduled work hours per week |
#### Job Posting
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| JobPostingID | Internal ID of the job posting the worker was placed from |
| JobPostingTitle | Title of the job posting |
| JobPostingStartDate | Start date specified on the job posting |
#### Rates
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| BillableRate | Worker's hourly bill rate |
| PayRate | Worker's hourly pay rate |
#### Supervisor
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| SupervisorName | Full name of the worker's buyer-side supervisor |
| BuyerSupervisorUserID | Internal user ID of the buyer-side supervisor |
| SupervisorCustom1 | Custom field value from the supervisor's user profile |
#### Job Codes
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| JobCode1–JobCode5 | Job codes assigned to the worker (up to five) |
#### Custom Fields
| Column | What it shows |

| WorkerCustomText4 | Worker-level custom text field 4 (label defined by your organization) |
