1. To view the Dashboard, choose SimpleFLX Dashboard from the left sidebar menu.
2. The Dashboard can be configured by clicking on the Configure button at the top right-hand corner of the page. Here you can select the number of columns to display and what you would like layered in each column. Make sure to click Save Configuration once you have your dashboard setup the way you'd like.
3. Talent Schedule - This widget will show you for the week selected the workers and their assigned shifts. You can filter the Talent Schedule by "Hiring Manager" or "Job Posting" by clicking into the appropriate filter at the top of the page.
4. Talent Scheduled to Work - This widget will show you for the date selected who is scheduled to work for that particular day. You can adjust the Date by clicking in the date field to view different days, and all of the workers assigned to work that day.
5. In / Out Board - This widget will show you by team, your workers last punch, and the total hours for the week. Click the chevron to see the workers names listed under each team and their Last Punch / total hours details.
6. Talent Pools - Shows your available talent pools, how many workers are currently in the talent pool, as well as requirements and job postings.
7. Job Postings - Displays all job postings available for the selected date, based on the job postings start date. This will also show how many pools this posting is associated with, how many shifts are available, and how many fills / backups have been submitted to that job posting.
8. No Shows - Displays workers who were assigned for the date selected, and did not show up for work. (I.E. No hours or punches were recorded for the days they were scheduled)
9. Talent Engagement - Offers a clear overview of talent app activity, highlighting which talent are actively engaging with the SimpleFLX app and which are inactive. Any Talent who has not accepted a shift in 30+ days will be highlighted in red.
Click the Chevron arrow next to the workers name, to see all of the Talent Pools the worker is associated with, click "Remove from Pool" to take the worker out of the talent pool selected.
Last Activity Date - Date worker last logged into the SimpleFLX app.
Last Shift Sent Date - Shows the last date a worker received a shift to the SimpleFLX app.
Last Accepted Shift - Last date a worker accepted a shift within the SimpleFLX app.
Shifts Accepted - Total number of shifts accepted by the worker.
Shifts Attended - Total number of shifts that were accepted & attended (i.e. the worker had punches / hours recorded for the days the worker was scheduled)
Flex Pools - Shows the names of all SimpleFLX talent pools this worker is associated with.
