Step-by-step instructions:
1. To add talent to a schedule, navigate to the SimpleFLX page from the left sidebar.
2. Click the arrow next to the relevant pool to expand it and access the available shifts.
3. To view the available shifts for the selected pool, click on View Shifts. Alternatively, you can click on the pool name to access the SimpleFLX Postings, which will display all postings associated with that pool along with their relevant shifts.
4. Clicking View Shifts will open a pop-up window with a calendar that provides an overview of the available shifts.
5. The orange line will automatically be set to today’s date. Please note that the system only allows you to add talent for unstarted shifts or future shifts. Select the box(es) to add your workers.
6. To proceed, click the Schedule button located in the top right corner of the page. This action will display the selected shifts and the details of any talent that may already be scheduled for those shifts.
7. To choose the talent to add to this pool, click the Schedule Talent button from the bottom right corner of the page. Then, open the Select Talent to Schedule dropdown and check the boxes next to the names of the talent you wish to assign to the selected shifts.
8. If necessary, identify and select talent for backup positions by checking the box located at the end of the corresponding talent row.
9. Click Add to Shift button.
