Adding talent to a pool is a faster way to fill positions with pre-screened candidates who are ready for placement.

Step-by-step instructions:
There are several methods available for adding talent to a FLX pool within the Simple platform.
Option 1:
1. Navigate to the Applicants page from the left sidebar.
2. To add an existing applicant to a pool, click on the FLX Labor Pool dropdown menu and select the relevant pools to which the applicant should be added.
3. Check the box of the pool to add the applicant and ensure all requirements are met. Any missing document can be attached in the Attachments section of the profile to satisfy the requirement.
4. Click Save.
Option 2:
1. Navigate to the SimpleFLX page from the left sidebar.
2. Click the arrow next to the relevant pool to expand it and access the additional details needed for submission.
3. Choose the appropriate pool for submitting the applicant. This section provides an overview of the pool, a list of SimpleFLX postings with the available shifts, and the current talent pool.
4. By clicking the +Add Talent button located at the bottom right corner, you will be able to choose from the active applicants who meet the necessary requirements to add them to the pool.
5. Click Add To Pool.
Option 3:
1. To mass import talent, simply follow steps 1-3 from Option 2, then click on the Import Talent button located at the bottom right corner.
2. A new window will appear, providing you with a dropdown menu to choose the specific talent pool where you would like to import the workers.
3. The selected talent pool will be displayed, enabling you to select individual or multiple talents for copying. Please note that requirements must be met before copying. Attachments can be added at this time to satisfy these requirements.
4. Click Copy To Pool.
