# Time Clock Exceptions Report — Column Reference
## This page explains every column available in the Time Clock Exceptions Report. This report identifies time clock punches that deviate from the worker's scheduled punch times — including early arrivals, late arrivals, early departures, late departures, missed days, and too many punches.

#### Grouping Columns
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Site\_Group | Same as **Site** — used as a grouping key |
| WorkerID\_Group | Same as **WorkerID** — used as a grouping key |
#### Worker & Assignment Information
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Site | Name of the site the worker is assigned to |
| WorkerName | Worker's full display name |
| Username | Worker's login username |
| WorkerStatus | Current assignment status (Active, Inactive, etc.) |
| WorkerGUID | Globally unique identifier for the worker |
| Title | Worker's job title |
| Department | Worker's department |
| CostCenterName | Worker's primary cost center |
| TeamName | Worker's team (shows "No Team" if unassigned) |
| VendorName | Staffing vendor supplying this worker |
| Supervisor | Full name of the worker's buyer-side supervisor |
| VendorWorkerID | Vendor-assigned worker identifier |
| HireDate | Date the worker's assignment began |
| AssignmentLength | Number of months the worker has been on this assignment |
#### Job Codes
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| JobCode1–JobCode5 | Job codes assigned to the worker (up to five) |
#### Rates
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| BillRate | Worker's bill rate (from the timesheet if available, otherwise from the worker record) |
| PayRate | Worker's pay rate (from the timesheet if available, otherwise from the worker record) |
#### Exception Details
| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| ExceptionType | Human-readable description of the exception. Examples: "In 12 Late", "Out 45 Very Early", "Missed Day", "Too Many Punches", "Missing Punch". The number indicates the variance in minutes. |
| ExceptionTypeName | The raw exception category name (e.g., Missing Punch, Missed Day) |
| PunchName | Which punch this exception applies to: IN, OUT, LUNCH IN, LUNCH OUT, or Missed Day |
| Expected | The scheduled punch time (adjusted to the site's local timezone) |
| Actual | The actual punch time that was recorded (adjusted to the site's local timezone) |
| Variance | Absolute difference in minutes between the expected and actual punch time |
| AllowedVariance | The tolerance threshold (in minutes) configured for this worker's schedule — punches within this window are not flagged |
| Points | Point value assigned to this exception (used for attendance point tracking programs) |
| Notes | Notes entered on this specific exception record |
| WorkerNotes | All notes attached to the worker's profile, concatenated |
