Time & Expenses Page

Navigate to the Time & Expenses page to review time and expenses for your workers. From this page you can access individual schedules, bill and pay rates, punches, and more.

Reviewing Time & Expenses

Follow these steps to view, filter, and export employee time and expense data.

1. Access the Dashboard

Navigate to the left sidebar and select Time & Expenses.

2. Filter Your View

By default, the page displays items in Created or Submitted status. To customize your view:

  • Adjust Status: Use the filter option at the top to include past timesheets or expenses.

  • Toggle Category: Filter to see only timesheets, only expenses, or both.

  • Date Range: Select specific timeframes to narrow down the results.

3. Customize the Data Grid

You can personalize how your data is displayed before exporting:

  • Add/Remove Columns: Click the Column Chooser to select which data fields are visible.

  • Reorder: Click and drag a column header to move it to a different position.

  • Sort: Click any column header to sort the list by that specific field.

  • Reset: If you want to return to the original view, click Reset Layout.

4. Export Data

Once you have filtered the information and organized your columns, click Export to download the data in Excel or CSV format.
